gcasino will respond to all rights requests within 15 business days of receipt. Complex requests may require up to 30 business days, in which case you will be notified of the extension. There is no fee for exercising your data subject rights, except in cases of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
The gcasino Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. gcasino does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If gcasino becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, the data will be securely deleted, and any funds held in the account will be subject to the procedures set out in gcasino's Terms & Conditions.
