By accessing or using the gcasino Platform in any capacity — including registering an account, browsing the website, depositing funds, placing any wager, or claiming any promotion — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the gcasino Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotion terms that may apply.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gcasino. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms in their current form.
The gcasino Platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 years or above only. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and is non-negotiable. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately and permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR as required by applicable Philippine gaming law.
gcasino holds a PAGCOR operating license for the Philippine market. The Platform is intended for use by persons physically located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so entirely at their own risk. gcasino accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is not permitted.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one gcasino account per household and per payment method. Operating multiple accounts — whether through different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, gcasino reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void all pending bets, and permanently forfeit all balances across all accounts. gcasino may also report the matter to PAGCOR where warranted.
gcasino is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) on all Players before processing withdrawals and at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
gcasino will endeavour to process KYC submissions within 24 hours during business hours. Complex cases may require additional time. During the verification process, withdrawal functionality may be limited. gcasino reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient or where enhanced due diligence is required.
If a Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from gcasino, gcasino reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawals, or close the account. Funds held in accounts where identity cannot be verified may be subject to regulatory reporting requirements.
gcasino accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits are credited to your gcasino wallet upon successful confirmation of payment.
All transactions on the gcasino Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion costs arising from payments made from non-PHP accounts are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Withdrawals from gcasino are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
gcasino may decline or delay a withdrawal request where:
gcasino offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses; using automated software to wager bonus funds; placing low-risk or hedged bets to clear wagering requirements; and any other conduct that gcasino reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of promotional offers. gcasino reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals arising from abused bonuses, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
All games offered on the gcasino Platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, or conducted by trained live dealers via certified streaming infrastructure for live casino games. gcasino's RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories to ensure statistically fair outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, gcasino reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable wager to the Player's wallet. Wagers on rounds that did not complete successfully due to technical error will not be honoured as winning bets.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages derived from game certification and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Actual results vary. Winning bets are credited to your gcasino wallet upon confirmation of the game result. gcasino reserves the right to correct any crediting errors identified after the fact.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gcasino Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
gcasino reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or the Player's own request.
Players may request closure of their gcasino account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing.
Where gcasino closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach, and this decision is subject to PAGCOR oversight. gcasino will provide written notice of account closure to the registered email address where possible.

All intellectual property rights in the gcasino Platform, including but not limited to the gcasino name and logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text content, graphics, and any other materials — are the exclusive property of gcasino or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of gcasino.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure for any reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gcasino's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gcasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. gcasino provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for personal injury or death caused by gcasino's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through gcasino's internal complaints process or through PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.
gcasino operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who consider that gcasino has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may refer their complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's established consumer complaint processes.
gcasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gcasino will provide registered Players with at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address or through a prominent in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or amendments required by regulatory change — may take effect immediately upon publication. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at gcasino.one/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
